The main idea behind this photoshoot was to show the informal, relatable nature of the employees of a public institution such as Belgrade Botanical Garden. We teamed up with the talented young photographer Stefan Đaković and for the first time, our followers got a peek into the areas normally restricted to the public.
We sketched out possible locations, organized a light crew, and spent the whole day at the Garden, working alongside real employees while they carry out their day to day activities. The challenging part was having quick changes between many locations and being extra cautious when shooting within locations of special status.
We wrapped up the results into a short digital campaign called "Together we are an ecosystem", showing the complexity and amount of work being done everyday, behind the public eye.
